Your responsibilities
* Manage and grow strategic accounts, directing organic growth strategies, annual planning, and identifying key opportunities.
* Foster strategic client relationships to drive profitable growth and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional delivery.
* Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client success and long-term commitment
Your Profile
* 15+ years of experience in IT services sales within Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.
* Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies; experience in cross-selling service lines.
* Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
* Experience managing multi-million USD accounts across various geographies. Proven account management skills, particularly in the BFSI sector.
* Responsible for revenue, bookings, and operational metrics.
* Engage in people management within Our Client teams.
* Generate leads and expand our footprint through customer interactions.
* Present proposals and manage procurement and supplier relationships.
* Collaborate with senior customer teams (CIOs, VPs, Directors) to drive business growth
