What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
* Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic partners (consultancies, system integrators, tech platforms)
* Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
* Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and materials to position Lio effectively
* Build executive relationships and act as the main point of contact for key alliances
* Track performance, define KPIs, and optimize partnerships for long-term success
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership initiatives
Your Profile
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
* Have 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in SaaS
* Understand enterprise sales cycles and ecosystem-driven growth models
* Are commercially driven and confident negotiating win-win agreements
* Communicate clearly with both operational teams and executive stakeholders
* Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
