Your tasks
1. Strategic purchasing responsibility for the mechanics and accessories product groups.
2. Management and further development of existing and establishment of new supply chains.
3. Further development of purchasing processes and the team.
4. Active supplier management with regard to performance, target achievement and security of supply.
5. Ensuring resilient and sustainable supplier relationships and supply chains.
6. Decision-making authority in the context of strategic supplier selection and approval.
7. Supplier qualification in close coordination with Supplier Quality Management.
8. Technology scouting and contract management.
Your profile
9. Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or project purchasing in a manufacturing company, ideally in the field of electromechanics.
10. Experience in negotiating with suppliers in a global environment.
11. Initial leadership experience as well as experience in conflict and project management.
12. Strong communication and diplomatic skills.
13. Initiative, persistence, persuasiveness and assertiveness.
14. Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
