Role Summary:
The Communications and Public Relations Expert – Commercial Vehicles & Hydrogen (m/f/d) is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that support Hyundai’s commercial vehicle and hydrogen business across Europe. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including media, industry partners, and customers, ensuring that messaging is aligned with corporate objectives and regional priorities. The expert will craft compelling narratives, manage media relations, and produce high-quality content such as press releases, articles, and promotional materials. By advising internal teams and building strong external relationships, this role plays a vital part in enhancing the company’s image, promoting zero-emission technologies, and positioning Hyundai as a leader in sustainable mobility.
Role Summary:
The Accounting Business Analyst (m/f/d) plays a key role in supporting accounting processes and financial operations. This position involves performing accounting clerical duties, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting procedures. As experience grows, the role expands to include more advanced bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
We want you to:
* Assist with financial monitoring tasks to support accurate reporting and compliance.
* Extract and input relevant financial data into spreadsheets and reporting systems.
* Manage accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices in SAP or BMS.
* Bookkeeping of bank statements and employee expense claims.
* Organize and maintain paper and digital accounting records for compliance and audit purposes.
* Assist in adjustments, accrual postings, and account clearing (AP, AR, advance payments).
* Support monthly intercompany reconciliations and local audit requirements.
* Maintain and update master data for finance and accounting functions.
* Provide guidance and troubleshooting for system users in other teams.
* Monitor and follow up on workflow approvals to ensure process efficiency.
About you:
* University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally in accounting.
* Strong understanding of accounting standards and principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
* Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP FI module.
* Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial data and transactions.
* Analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* Proactive attitude, independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
* Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Adaptability and flexibility, open to learning, taking on new challenges, and working independently when required.
* Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Korean and/or German as a plus.
