Senior Project Scheduler

We are supporting a major pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Leverkusen seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support complex CAPEX and site investment projects within a regulated GMP environment.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring robust planning, schedule control, and delivery transparency across multi-disciplinary engineering and construction workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage integrated Level 3 & 4 schedules (Primavera P6)
• Monitor critical path, float analysis, and schedule risk
• Interface with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction and CQV teams
• Track progress, update baselines, and provide accurate forecasting
• Support brownfield execution and shutdown planning activities
• Deliver clear reporting to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
• 8+ years’ experience in project scheduling
• Strong Primavera P6 expertise (essential)
• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated manufacturing environments
• CAPEX project exposure (greenfield or brownfield)
• German and English language skills preferred
