Our global IT team – Endress+Hauser InfoServe – ensures a seamless IT landscape with innovative solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant who will actively shape our platform and enrich our global team.
This position can be based either in Freiburg or Weil am Rhein.
What is the role about?
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work on some of the most innovative topics of our time. We were recently honored with the Agentblazer Award 2025 and are driving forward the world’s largest Service Cloud Voice project – and you can be part of it!
Whether as a Technical Architect or Project Manager – with us, you will actively contribute and grow along with your strengths.

Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
* Participate in projects around our Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics)
* Take responsibility for (sub-)project management, including analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions
* Implement innovative requirements using Agentforce and Data360
* Collaborate with international stakeholders and external partners
What do we expect from you?
You:
* Hold a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
* Are interested in Salesforce and have experience with CRM or ERP solutions
* Ideally bring knowledge in agile project management (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
* Enjoy working in a team, sharing knowledge, and learning from others
* Can communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable way
* Possess good German and English language skills
