Job Summary
As a key member of the West HR and recruiting team, this person will help us shape the future talent profile of West. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will support the strategic hiring of Global Operations hourly and salaried talent across multiple sites Globally. The TA Team Lead will manage a small team of 4-6 geographically dispersed recruiters who will provide advisory capabilities for their assigned business function and deliver comprehensive recruitment strategies for current and future hiring needs. As the TA Team Leader you will partner with client stakeholders to develop, communicate, and execute jointly on a strategic recruitment plan. Your primary focus will also revolve around nurturing talent, coaching others and maintaining a fostering a positive team culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team with approximately 3-5 professional recruiting employees; this includes performance management, providing regular and ongoing performance feedback, coaching and support in problem solving with clients, candidates, team members, etc. to achieve recruiting outcomesHelps to develop and lead the client’s talent strategy, working closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to learn the business’ priorities, goals and challenges and then build innovative and strategic staffing solutionsBuild and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the assigned client groups including site leadership, HRBPs, Compensation partners and TA leadershipUtilizes extensive knowledge around recruiting and labor market trends; applying data to personal insight derived from years of experience within the function to effectively influence the clientEmbraces talent analytics to provide strategic input to the business area around talent; ensure the business direction and talent goals are in alignmentProactively seeks ways to increase efficiency, optimize tools and resources including regular assessment of requisition volumes and adjusting as neededImplements full recruiting lifecycle for assigned client(s), sets expectations around timing and the labor market, and provides exemplary collaborative and consultative services for business partnersCommunicates proactively and consistently with leaders and candidates throughout the course of the search to drive a positive experience for all stakeholders
Additional Responsibilities
Education
Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of Talent AcquisitionWork Experience
Minimum 8 years professional experience with experience in Talent Acquisition preferredMust have experience with leading a team Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Fluent at minimum B2 level in English, German and French (reading, writing and speaking)Experience developing fully comprehensive sourcing/recruitment plansExcellent consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levelsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to identify and nurture talent, providing guidance and support.Highly organized and detail orientedResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals.A passion for helping others achieve their career aspirations.Ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion, ability to organize, prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on concurrent tasks and elevating issues or obtaining additional resources when necessaryStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media channelsTravel Requirements

Physical Requirements
