* Planung, Test und Durchführung von Releases, Hotfixes und Konfigurationsänderungen inkl. Rollback-Strategien
* Erstdiagnose, Fehleranalyse, Eskalation sowie Ursachenbehebung und Präventionsmaßnahmen
* Betreuung von Integrationen (z. B. APIs, Datenimporte/-exporte) und Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Systemen
* Umsetzung von Security-Standards, Protokollierung, Audit-Unterstützung und Datenschutzkonformität
* Skripting, Job-Automation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Betriebsprozessen
* Pflege von Betriebshandbuch, Konfigurations- und Change-Logs, Notfall- und Wiederanlaufplänen
* Zusammenarbeit mit der PS IT
* Klare Status-Updates, Release-Notes, Schulungsunterstützung und Erwartungsmanagement und Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Optimierung der Nutzung der Applikation
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Applikationen oder IT-Systemen
* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows und/oder Linux, grundlegenden Netzwerktechnologien, Datenbanken (z. B. SQL) und Monitoring-Tools
* Vertraut mit Authentifizierung/Autorisierung, Logging, Backup/Recovery und Datenschutz-Grundlagen
* Sicher in ITIL-Prozessen (Incident/Change/Problem), Versions- und Release-Management
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Hoch strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
