Job Overview:
* We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will give you the opportunity to work closely with our field service team to prepare quotations, process orders and provide after-sales support in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will also be responsible for providing expert customer consulting on our IT integration solutions through to contract conclusion.
You will need:
* A commercial apprenticeship or degree and ideally some experience in internal sales
* Assertiveness, proactive approach, negotiation skills, confidence in concluding contracts as well as conceptual and strategic strength
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality
* Willingness to travel and flexibility
* Fluent German and English language skills

Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare quotations and process orders in accordance with company procedures

4. Work closely with the field service team to ensure smooth delivery of customer projects
5. Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:
* A commercial apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 2 years' experience in internal sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Fluent German and English language skills
