We are looking for a Temp / Support Customer Advisor (m/f/d) with very good language skills in English, another European language would be a plus (business fluent), to join our Retail Customer Care team in Metzingen. The Temp / Supporter Position is limited to 4 months, from November 2025 - February 2026.
What you can expect:
* You are the first point of contact for our end customers across all sales channels and common communication channels (telephone, e-mail, live chat, social media) at first and second level
* You support the team with the handling of a wide range of questions about our products, processes, orders and complaints
* You support the Customer Advisors providing our store employees with quick help and solutions for process-related questions/problems
* In Retail Customer Care, we are the interface between customers and HUGO BOSS. In order to constantly improve the customer journey and customer experience, we are in regular contact with the specialist departments and provide targeted feedback, reports and ideas.
Your profile:
* Successfully completed commercial training and first relevant work experience
* Very good language and communication skills in English, one other European language would be a plus
* Interest in fashion, fashion and trends
* A strong customer focus and a strong team player mentality
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach
* Good knowledge and confident handling of common hardware and software as well as a strong technical affinity
* Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts (5-day week between Mon-Sat. 8am-8pm) and in seasonal business (sale phases)
