We’re looking for a Working Student – Event Logistics & Coordination to support our Event Marketing team. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of our event programs, with a strong focus on logistics and operations — a key part of making our events successful.
Tasks
* Support the planning and execution of events, with a focus on logistics and operations
* Define, document, and improve logistics processes together with the Events team
* Manage event inventory and stock, including tracking materials and equipment
* Coordinate orders and purchases in collaboration with Finance/Accounting
* Organize and manage shipments for events across Europe
* Support budget tracking and cost monitoring
* Assist in coordinating event preparation and operational needs
* Support the creation of visuals and event materials
* Attend and support events across Europe when needed
Requirements
* Currently enrolled student (Business, Marketing, Event Management, or similar)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Structured and reliable way of working
* Interest in event logistics and coordination
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good communication skills
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and positive mindset
* Willingness to learn and hands-on approach (“learning by doing”)
* Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
