Growth Marketing Strategist
Drive business growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. Develop and execute scalable campaigns across B2B and B2C markets, focusing on performance-driven approaches.
The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in growth hacking, marketing automation, and analytics to accelerate adoption of health products. They will lead app marketing initiatives, including ASO and lifecycle campaigns, while driving B2B SaaS marketing campaigns and automated lead gen and nurturing workflows.
* Own and optimize acquisition channels for B2B and B2C (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, App Stores, affiliates, influencer collaborations).
* Build and test innovative growth strategies, including AI-powered solutions, referral loops, viral mechanics, and marketing flywheels.
* Partner with product marketing to align acquisition messaging with product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute performance campaigns that maximize ROI.
* Continuously test creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
* Provide actionable insights on CPL/CPS, CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of experience in growth and performance marketing.
* Proven track record managing budgets and scaling acquisition campaigns.
* Familiarity with growth marketing frameworks and web/app analytics.
* Working knowledge of SaaS & app marketing, including ASO and mobile attribution tools.
Nice-to-Have:
* Familiarity with healthtech, pharma, or lifestyle industries.
* Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and webhook logic.
