Aufgaben
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for colleagues and users
Install, configure and maintain Windows and Linux systems
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure such as servers, networks and cloud environments
Implement IT security solutions to protect systems and data
Analyze, document and resolve IT incidents quickly and efficiently
Create and maintain clear and user-friendly IT documentation
Support IT projects including system upgrades, cloud migrations and new technology rollouts
Qualifikation
Strong interest in IT and technology, suitable for beginners, career changers and experienced candidates
Willingness to learn and develop your IT skills
Enjoy working with colleagues and helping them with IT issues
Good problem solving skills and a structured way of working
German language skills at least B1 and good English skills
Optional but beneficial: experience in IT support, system administration, networking, cloud technologies or IT security
