Overview
This role involves leading a comprehensive compliance framework, establishing policies and procedures, ongoing monitoring, regulatory watch, and periodic reports to management.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager within a PSF, fund administrator, or financial service provider in Luxembourg. In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law, and related circulars is required; ACAMS or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the full compliance framework, including policy setup, ongoing monitoring, regulatory oversight, and periodic reporting.
* Oversee and validate the client onboarding process, ensuring KYC collection, risk assessments, document review, and escalation of sensitive cases.
* Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, preparing all required filings and annual compliance reports.
* Collaborate with accounting, tax, and corporate governance teams to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence across departments.
* Provide training and support to colleagues through in-house sessions and procedure updates as regulations evolve.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager within a PSF, fund administrator, or financial service provider in Luxembourg.
* In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law, and related circulars; ACAMS or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
* Fluency in French and English to effectively communicate with clients and regulators.
* Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and ability to work independently while having ample support from higher-ups.
