Your Contribution:
1. Innovative Design:Spearhead the architectural design of our backend systems, crafting a robust microservices architecture that meets the unique demands of modern healthcare applications.
2. Standards and Best Practices:Establish and rigorously enforce architectural standards and best practices, ensuring a maintainable, high-performance codebase across all development teams.

What You Bring:
6. Strong Educational Background:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of 5 years of robust experience in backend development for large-scale enterprise applications.
7. Technical Expertise:Extensive experience with backend programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate) and a solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
8. Microservices Mastery:Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures, with hands-on knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
9. Security and Compliance Knowledge:Strong understanding of security principles, compliance, and data privacy - especially as they pertain to the healthcare domain.
10. Exceptional Leadership Skills:Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and empowering developers, guiding teams through complex technical challenges while promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
