You will design and implement clear, scalable governance processes that align with our organizational needs. By managing global learning vendors, you will ensure high-quality delivery and strict adherence to our governance requirements. You will steer our learning portfolio, prioritizing initiatives that effectively support both current and future capability needs. Presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, you will enable informed, strategic decision-making, ultimately creating a cohesive, future-ready learning landscape that delivers measurable impact.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Build and strengthen a cohesive, scalable learning ecosystem across internal and external partners
5. Manage key learning vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery, compliance with governance standards, and alignment with strategic learning goals
6. Design, document, and refine learning processes and quality standards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and transparency throughout the organization
7. Steer and prioritize the learning portfolio to support strategic capability and business needs
8. Collaborate across expert teams - including Learning IT, Labor Law, and Learning Representatives - to align processes and secure smooth, scalable learning operations
9. Provide clear communication and governance insights, presenting updates, risks, and recommendations to guide strategic decisions
What You Bring
10. University degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, Business Development or related field
11. Strong project and stakeholder management skills to align diverse interests and drive decisions
12. Long standing experience in steering and prioritizing learning portfolios to align investments with strategic capability needs
13. Proven expertise in global vendor management, maximizing training quality, compliance, and business value
14. Ability to translate learning strategy into scalable governance frameworks and portfolio roadmaps
15. Confident communicator with proficiency in English and German
