On behalf of my client – an international aerospace company – I am currently looking for an experienced
Team Leader in Key Account Management
.
This role combines leadership, strategic customer management, and direct responsibility for major OEM contracts. A great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, high-stakes environment and wants to actively shape long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a Key Account team (2–4 people)
* Manage 3–8 OEM contracts with > €100M annual revenue
* Negotiate proposals, modifications, and commercial agreements
* Drive claims handling, receivables management, and KPI fulfillment
* Identify and pursue business development opportunities
* Act as key interface with internal stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance)
Ideal Background:
* Degree in Engineering or Business
* 5+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably in the aerospace sector
* Proven leadership skills in a team environment
* Fluent in English; German is an advantage
* Hands-on, structured, and confident communicator
