Key Responsibilities:
1. Support HR Business Partners with employee and manager topics, providing a collaborative environment for knowledge sharing and growth.

3. Coordinate and follow-up ongoing HR projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
* Currently enrolled in a related field (Bachelor's or Master's) with a 6-month internship or one-year apprenticeship.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with individuals at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Curious, open-minded, willing to learn and contribute, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the organization.
