You’ll be joining a fast-moving, ambitious, and successful team that’s shaking up the industry we love. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Leisure & Airlines to join our dynamic sales team. The role focuses on developing and managing relationships with Leisure and airline partners. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record in leisure and airline sales with a broad network of tour operators, niche OTAs & airline partners.

Serve as the primary contact for leisure-focused partners including tour operators, niche OTAs, and tour series organizers.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms to maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining competitive positioning and internal flexibility.
Develop tailored sales strategies to grow leisure segment revenue across Odyssey Hotel Group’s portfolio.
Conduct regular partner meetings, sales calls, and participation in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand shifts to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with revenue management, operations, and marketing teams to ensure delivery of agreed service levels and partner satisfaction.
Track performance through Salesforce and other tools, report on KPIs regularly, and adjust tactics to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in hospitality sales, with a focus on leisure, airlines, or travel trade partnerships.

~ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

~ Experience with Salesforce & Power BI

~ Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

~ Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and industry event
