Your Job
1. Provide day-to-day support for HR services and systems
2. Train HR Services team on new processes and system functionalities and updates
3. Analyse HR Services processes and routines to identify need for upskilling and opportunities for improvement
4. Create and update user guidelines, training materials, process documentation and knowledge base articles
5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and vendors
6. Monitor system and interface performance and ensure data integrity
7. Run standardized data lists, audits and mass uploads
8. Participate in HR projects including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations
9. Support audits and other activities ensuring HR Services practices comply with data protection regulations and other statutory requirements
10. Act as a liaison between HR Services and IT departments
11. Support digitalization initiatives within HR Services and other projects as needed
Your Profile
12. Proficiency in HRIS platforms, especially SAP SuccessFactors
13. Basic understanding of databases and data structures
14. Experiences with Service Management tools and platforms
15. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
16. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
17. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
18. Service-mindset
19. Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with matrix structures
20. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
21. 3–5+ years of experience in HR shared services or HRIS roles
22. Business-fluent English and German skills
