Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Supporting various specialist teams in their daily tasks (e.g. test management, reporting, research, monitoring of applications, systems and interfaces)
* Creation and analysis of reports as well as designing new requirements based on the reports
* Assuming various support tasks for the Scrum Master and Product Owner
* Collaborating with national and international colleagues as a fully integrated team member in different areas
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* Degree with a focus on information technology
* Passion for IT and confident use of the standard MS Office applications
* Good English language skills to enable collaboration with international and national colleagues
* Exceptional level of commitment and team spirit, as well as interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable extras.
* Experience with Tableau
* Experience in agile ways of working
* Experience with ServiceNow
