For our Bremen or Hamburg office, we are seeking a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible opportunity.

Your future Tasks

* Developing project business in DACH
* Propose sales plan
* Execute sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
* Pricing, Tender Management, Preparation of Bids and Follow Up
* Assure successful account integration to operations
* Share information by using sales-support tools (CVIEW)
* Optimize cost of sales activities (trips, travel expenses, etc.)
* Assure compliance with the sales process
* Enforce CEVA’s guidelines and procedures
* Decision Makin Authority
o Disciplinary responsibility over the local IP&ES DACH Management
o Margin and selling rates
o Service offering in line with corporate guidelines
o Process ownership for local contents

Your Profile

* Function- / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

*
o Functional know-how in air / sea / logistics / ground / OOG / projects
o Strong sales know-how
o Understanding of CEVA general and IP&ES strategy and products
o Deep local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
o Business administration competence

* Skills & Competencies

o Able to manage cross-functional interfaces (ops, external service provider, etc.)
o Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign, delegate and control)
o Capable of independently meeting expected sales goals in the assigned territories

* Educational background / Work experience

o Business administration / commercial background
o Relevant working experience (minimum 5 years)
o Industry experience (minimum 3 years)
o Sales experience (minimum 2 years)
o English an German language
