INTERNAL SERVICE ENGINEER
Ensure after-sales technical support to customers, in a Help-Desk logic, namely:
• Evaluation and technical support to HVAC professionals (cellphone, Whatsapp, e-mail);
• Creation of technical support content.
Professional training in the area of air conditioning and refrigeration, or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related area.
• 1 to 2 years of experience (preferred), however, more junior candidates will also be considered, as this is an excellent learning opportunity in the field of HVAC;
• Good knowledge of English and Computer Science from the user's perspective (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
