As Senior Logistics Process Engineer & Automation Specialist (gn) you are responsible for designing, optimizing, and standardizing logistics and warehousing processes with a strong focus on automation. You bring solid experience in process engineering and are eager to drive ESN & More Nutrition forward? Then get in touch and become part of the team.
Your mission
* You analyze and continuously improve end-to-end logistics and warehousing processes
* You develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
* You identify and drive automation initiatives within logistics operations (e.g., WMS, robotics, digital workflows)
* You lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency, costs, and service levels
* You collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and engineering teams
* You monitor process performance using KPIs and data-driven insights
Your experience & skills
* You have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
* You have several years of experience in logistics process engineering or supply chain optimization
* You have strong expertise in process design, SOP development, and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
* You have experience with logistics automation and digitalization initiatives
* You have knowledge of WMS and automation technologies
* You are analytical, structured, and a strong communicator with a data-driven mindset
* You are fluent in German and English
