We’re now looking for a Head of Sales to lead our Sales team. In this pivotal role, you’ll own the full sales process, while building and coaching a high-performing team. Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals, empowering them to perform at their best through structured coaching, feedback, and hands‑on deal support
Develop innovative sales strategies and scalable playbooks for inbound and outbound motions, ensuring we capture the enormous opportunity in the DACH market
Monitor KPIs, optimize pipeline health, and implement proven methodologies to increase win rates and shorten sales cycles
7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with complex, non‑transactional sales
~ Experience in 0→1 environments : you’ve built sales teams, playbooks, and processes from scratch in a startup or high‑growth setting
~ Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, including selling to executive‑level stakeholders in an enterprise format
~ Excellent leadership and people management skills. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
~ Fluent in German, with very good English skills
