About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Specialist to lead our growth strategy in the European data center sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, and ensuring that their UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans.

In this role, you will also be responsible for continuous competitor monitoring and industry trend analysis, including market developments and emerging technologies.


Key Responsibilities

* New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe, leveraging your expertise in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required.
* Account Management: Manage existing accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring that their UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is essential, as well as a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales.

A technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus. You will also need excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential for this role. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team is necessary.

You will be fluent in English and willing to travel in Europe and globally.
