Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modeling, data cleansing, ...)
Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, also across SBUs/segments)
Contribute, as organized by the training lead, to the creation of training materials, and, if required, support end-user training
Actively drive Change and Communication activities. Relevant professional experience in implementing projects within SAP plan-to-produce solutions, especially hands-on experience in the areas of SAP ePP/DS and IBP.
Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes, such as demand planning, S&OP, Production and Supply Planning, Production Execution, and other processes including cross-functional alignment. (Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design, as well as a strong ability to grasp complex process issues in SAP and prepare them in a target group-specific manner.
Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as relevant third-party business systems
