Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Business Operations Associate (m/f/d) to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams on business development, automation initiatives, and project support in a fast-paced IT consulting environment. Ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals, the position involves streamlining administrative responsibilities, developing internal processes, and contributing to automation solutions using Microsoft 365 and low-code platforms. Key Responsibilities
* Manage recurring administrative tasks such as deliverable tracking and documentation coordination.
* Develop and implement process automations using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, and Make.com.
* Create structured and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for business cases, proposals, and internal reports.
* Assist in project controlling activities including effort tracking and financial overviews.
* Support simple contract handling and manage internal/external communication workflows.
* Provide creative solutions to ad-hoc business needs using low-code/no-code tools.
* Learn and document new processes/tools, and propose improvements or automations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Basic experience or interest in Power Automate, Power Apps, or Make.com is a plus.
* Logical and structured thinker with a strong eagerness to learn and improve processes.
* Strong communication skills in both German and English.
* Capable of creating professional and visually engaging presentations.
* Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong team orientation.
Nice-to-Have
* Familiarity with project management or consulting environments.
* Experience with Power BI or basic data analysis.
* Understanding of basic procurement or contract management workflows.
