The Position _Senior Global Leadership Opportunity u2013 Medical Affairs Obesity Triple Agonist_ _Are you ready to shape the medical strategy for a firstu2011inu2011class obesity triple agonist with the potential to redefine chronic weight management? We are seeking an accomplished Medical Affairs leader to establish and lead the global Medical Affairs strategy and organization for this asset, which has recently achieved proof of concept._ _This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for driving scientific, clinical, and medical excellence across the full asset lifecycleu2014from late clinical development through launch and beyond. You will play a central role in translating science into value by shaping evidence generation, external engagement, and scientific communication in one of the fastestu2011growing and most competitive therapeutic areas._ _As a core member of the Global Brand (Asset/Product) Leadership Team, the role provides strategic input into overarching asset decisions, partnering closely with Global Development, Market Access, Commercial, and other key functions. The position and operates with enterpriseu2011level accountability, with high visibility and engagement with the Executive Committee on critical asset strategy, evidence, and launchu2011readiness topics._ _You will build, lead, and develop a highu2011performing global Medical Affairs organization, ensuring external credibility, medical rigor, and impactful scientific engagement across regions and markets worldwide._ Tasks & responsibilities _Lead the global Medical Affairs strategy for the obesity triple agonist across development, launch, and lifecycle_ _Represent Medical Affairs on the Global Brand Leadership Team, contributing to governance and strategic decisionu2011making_ _Provide medical leadership for Phase III development, indication strategy, and lifecycle planning_ _Drive the Integrated Evidence Plan (IEP) in collaboration with Clinical Development, Market Access, and Evidence Generation_ _Lead scientific and medical engagement with Health Authorities, HTA bodies, and key external stakeholders to support future labeling, access, and adoption_ _Partner with regional and local Medical Affairs teams to ensure launch readiness and postu2011launch excellence globally_ _Integrate clinical and realu2011world evidence into clear, compelling medical narratives for internal and external use_ _Build and lead a highu2011performing global Medical Affairs team, developing scalable capabilities and top talent_ Requirements _M.D. or Ph.D. with extensive Medical Affairs leadership experience, within obesity, and or GLP-1 segment with strong foundational knowledge of clinical drug development_ _Senior leadership experience in global, regional, and/or keyu2011market Medical Affairs roles, with accountability for strategy, governance, and people leadership_ _Proven ability to develop externally focused, competitive Medical Affairs strategies, including experience supporting label shaping, regulatory interactions, and preu2011launch evidence readiness_ _Experience supporting lateu2011stage development, launch preparation, and postu2011launch medical excellence, including interactions with Health Authorities in major markets (e.g., US, EU)_ _Strong track record of crossu2011functional leadership and influence within complex global matrix environments_ _Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with credibility at senior internal and external scientific levels_ _Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop highu2011performing Medical Affairs teams_ Applications from persons with severe disabilities are warmly welcomed.
