Team mission As Senior Paid Social Manager, you will own the execution and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid social campaigns, driving measurable growth and effectiveness for GetYourGuide. You will leverage advanced platform features, automation, and robust incrementality testing to identify and scale high-impact tactics. Working in a data-driven, fast-paced environment, you will continuously test new approaches, analyze results, and partner with analytics and growth teams to ensure Meta remains a key growth engine in our marketing mix. Your mission Meta Channel Execution: Lead the end-to-end setup, management, optimisation and support on the strategy of Meta campaigns for web and app, across multiple objectives. Innovation & Advanced Optimisation: Continuously test and implement new Meta features, automation solutions, and advanced bidding strategies; focus on rapid adoption of platform innovations. Incrementality & Lift: Develop, execute, and analyse incrementality tests and lift studies to identify and scale tactics that drive real business impact. Performance Analysis: Translate campaign and testing data into actionable insights, regularly share findings and recommendations with key stakeholders. Process & Workflow Excellence: Streamline and document operational processes to ensure campaign quality, efficiency, and scalability. Your toolkit 4-6 years of hands-on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management and optimization. Deep knowledge of Meta’s automation, advanced bidding strategies, campaign measurement, and platform innovations. Demonstrated expertise using incrementality and lift testing for channel optimization. Analytical mindset; able to interpret data and generate actionable business insights. Experience with reporting or analytics tools such as Looker, Databricks, or similar. Skilled user of Smartly or similar campaign management platforms. Excellent communicator and collaborator. Fluent in English (other languages a plus). Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin (hybrid: 3 days/week in office). Extras that give you an edge Experience with other paid social platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.). Background in travel, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces. Familiarity with programmatic or broader digital marketing innovation.
