Tasks
You’ll own the roll-out of 6 AI-powered inspection hubs across Germany, starting in NRW. Full ownership means exactly that: you’ll be responsible for every step until the center is fully ramped.
* Scout and evaluate new locations and negotiate sharp lease deals.
* Convert empty spaces into tech-enabled inspection hubs.
* Solve operational bottlenecks before anyone even sees them.
* Spend your days on-site, on the road, and in execution mode - not behind a desk.
* Feed real-world insights back to our product team so that operations scale faster, smarter, and cleaner.
* Integrate acquired inspection centers into our operating platform post-closing.
Each 6 center cluster you open add EUR 3m+ in annual top-line revenue. You’ll literally build the infrastructure that makes this start-up scale.
Requirements
You’re a generalist who connects dots others don’t even see. We don’t care what you’ve studied or where you interned - as long as your CV shows hunger and action.
* You’re structured, communicative, and allergic to bureaucracy.
* You love operational chaos and turn it into process.
* You’re fluent in German (C2) and hold a valid Class B driving licence.
* You’ve finished a Bachelor’s/Master’s at a top university.
* Experience in fast-paced environments (consulting, VC, PE, IB, hypergrowth start-ups) is a plus.
