Job Summary
The IT SAP Business Analyst (MM) will be responsible for identifying and analysing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, defining scope and objectives for improvements in ERP and other applications integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MM and SAP PP solutions to meet identified needs, minimizing negative impacts on operations, and maximizing the opportunity to realize benefits.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop comprehensive technical specifications specific to SAP MM.
2. Translate business requirements into technical requirements for SAP MM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Configure SAP MM modules to meet business requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
4. Integrate SAP MM modules with other logistics modules such as SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP WM (Warehouse Management) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
5. Validate technical solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
6. Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to SAP MM and provide advanced troubleshooting support.
7. Oversee the technical aspects of project solution delivery and ensure adherence to process governance.
8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP MM technology, including new hardware, software, and systems techniques.
9. Prior experience in SAP EWM and WMS integration is preferred
Basic Qualifications
10. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; MBA preferred.
11. 5 to 7 years of SAP ECC implementation experience for large global enterprises. S/4HANA transformation experience desired
12. Proven track record in manufacturing industry, including SAP S4 transformation.
13. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
14. Excellent communication and listening skills.
15. Ability to manage small projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager.
16. Proven ability to positively impact business results.
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
This role requires 4 days in the office, and 25% global travel

Technical Responsibilities:
21. Independently drive functional activities related to large ERP implementations.
22. Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of SAP MM application forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (FRICE) to meet the needs of the business and project scope.
23. Integrate SAP MM modules with other logistics modules such as SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP WM to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
24. Maintain the Enterprise application solution by coordinating new design requirements and FRICE development with ongoing deployments, supporting reviews with the Change Audit Board (CAB), and following company guidelines.
25. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented SAP MM solutions.
26. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM solutions with business processes.
