Description About the Role This role is for a B2B SaaS marketer who has owned programs that drive pipeline and understands how marketing and sales communication work together in a high-growth tech environment. You’ll play a key role in scaling our marketing programs across the EMEA region, ensuring we deliver high-performing, localized campaigns that engage audiences across multiple languages and market segments. As part of the Demand Generation team, you’ll manage and mentor Marketing Programs Coordinators, driving operational excellence, process consistency, and campaign performance across both marketing- and sales-led outreach channels. You’ll bring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to our email and sales cadence marketing efforts, designing and optimizing programs that enhance lead nurturing, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen the buyer experience throughout the funnel. Location - Berlin, Germany What You’ll be Doing • Develop, manage, and optimize regional marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across EMEA • Lead and scale email marketing and sales cadence programs, ensuring alignment and consistency across multiple languages, audiences, and segments • Build and maintain sales cadence templates (e.g., in Salesloft), collaborating with regional sales teams to ensure content relevance, sequencing effectiveness, and brand consistency • Partner closely with regional field marketing, content, and sales teams to align campaign strategies, messaging, and follow-up motions • Manage audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and localization workflows to ensure impactful regional communications • Own campaign and cadence performance reporting; Analyse key metrics, generate insights, and recommend optimizations for higher engagement and conversion • Manage and coach a team of Marketing Programs Coordinators, fostering professional growth, operational rigor, and best-practice adoption • Collaborate with global marketing operations to ensure systems, processes, and data integrity are consistent and scalable • Other duties as needed About You • Proven experience managing email marketing and sales cadence programs in a B2B environment is a must, ideally across multiple EMEA markets • Strong proficiency in marketing automation and sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo • Demonstrated ability to execute and optimize multi-language, multi-segment campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members in a high-performance environment • Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign and engagement data to inform strategy • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy, clarity, and tone across regions • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field About Us NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for more than 35,000 customers in 140 countries.
