At FERCHAU, we are looking for a PC&L Improvement Coordinator to join our team in an industrial environment, ideally within the automotive sector.
In this role, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives in Production Control & Logistics (PC&L), focusing on optimizing internal supply chain processes, improving planning reliability, and enhancing overall operational efficiency and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and improve PC&L processes
* Identify inefficiencies in production planning and logistics flows
* Implement improvement actions (inventory reduction, flow optimization, service level)
* Coordinate internal supply chain improvement projects
* Ensure compliance with logistics standards and procedures
Main Tasks
* Monitor PC&L performance using KPIs
* Define and implement corrective action plans
* Improve production planning reliability (MPS/MRP)
* Optimize material management (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
* Improve line feeding, warehouse, and internal logistics flows
* Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
KPIs & Performance Tracking
* OTIF (On Time In Full)
* Inventory levels and turnover
* Stock coverage
* Logistics lead time ans costs
* Production plan adherence
Continuous Improvement
* Drive Lean initiatives in logistics and planning
* Apply tools such as VSM, Kanban, Milk Run, and Supermarkets
* Support internal audits (FES or similar systems)
* Lead Kaizen workshops and problem-solving sessions
