We are looking for a
Group Controlling & Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
to strengthen our Headquarter team, working out of our Allershausen site near Munich.
Your Tasks
* Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in accordance with international accounting standards (IFRS) for the parent company in Japan
* Point of contact for subsidiaries in matters of controlling, finance, and corporate law-related issues
* Development of group-wide controlling tools in the areas of planning & forecasting, reporting, and cost management
* Assumption of the expert role for SAP-CO
* Participation in the development and implementation of accounting and controlling standards as well as reporting structures
* Independent management of projects in the controlling or group environment, both domestically and internationally
Our Expectation
* A dregree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance and accounting, or business informatics
* At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position or comparable field
* In-depth knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) as well as German GAAP (HGB)
* Proficient use of SAP FI/CO and good MS Office skills, especially Excel
* A strucutred, goal-oriented, and self-reliant working style
* Strong team and communication skills
* Experience with consolidation and management reporting software (e.g., IDL Konsis, SAP BPC) is desirable
* Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
