Aufgaben der Stelle
We are currently working on behalf of an international commercial bank in Frankfurt (up to 80% remote), which is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced (Senior) Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) for the Acquisition Finance team. The position is newly created and complements a young, high-performing team that works closely with the experienced sales team.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of annual financial statements and credit assessment for existing LBO cases
- Preparation of credit and monitoring memos
- Preparation of cash flow models
- Communication with syndicate banks and borrowers
- Monitoring of loan and syndication agreement obligations
- Participation in the coordination and documentation of transactions
Your Profil
- University degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of professional experience in the execution/portfolio management of acquisition finance transactions and/or experience in Transaction Services/Financial Due Diligence teams at a Big 4 firm
- Strong analytical skills
- Languages: English (C1+), German language skills are an advantage
