1. Lead the architectural vision and strategic direction for AI and machine learning systems across a distributed team in India and Europe.
2. Architect unified, scalable and secure AI systems that supports international data sovereignty and regional privacy regulations.

4. Evaluate and select tools, frameworks and platforms for AI development, deployment and LLMOps.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI and engineering teams.

Why you belong at 4fllow
To be successful in this position, we believe you should possess the following attributes:
8. Around 8 years of experience in system design and architecture, including at least 4 years focused specifically on AI/ML architecture
9. Proven expertise in building and scaling agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
10. A deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning and LLMOps practices
11. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
12. Proficiency in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Hugging Face
13. Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams and leading technical projects from concept to production deployment
14. Ability to distinguish between AI hype and high-impact business use cases
15. Comfortable with the “fail fast” nature of AI research while maintaining a clear path to production
