We're looking for a Procurement Manager to take strategic ownership of supplier management, contract execution, and sourcing excellence for complex EPC and EPCM projects—spanning automation, electrification, and digital infrastructure. In this role, you'll be embedded in high-impact capital projects that shape smart factories, mobility systems, energy transformation, and industrial innovation—collaborating closely with Engineering, Project Management, and cross-functional teams. Your Mission Define and execute project-specific procurement strategies across engineering, procurement, and construction scopes Lead the end-to-end sourcing process for engineered equipment, control systems, bulk materials, and construction services Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure design-to-cost, supply chain resilience, and compliance with sustainability targets Conduct international supplier selection, tendering, bid evaluation, and negotiation of complex contracts Manage procurement timelines aligned with project milestones, ensuring quality, delivery, and budget targets are met Support digital procurement initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in tools, processes, and analytics Ensure alignment with internal policies and relevant legal frameworks (incl. ESG, export control, and contract law) Your Profile Degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Engineering 5–10 years’ experience in project procurement, ideally in an EPC/EPCM environment (e.g., automation, energy systems, mobility, or plant engineering) Strong technical understanding of electrical, electromechanical, or automation systems Confident in contract negotiation, risk management, and supplier development Knowledge of procurement processes in a multinational engineering or industrial company Experience with SAP, digital tools, and modern sourcing platforms Fluent in English and German Why This Role?
