Job Responsibilities:
1、Cross-Border Contract & Agreement Management
Lead commercial negotiations, draft, review, and revise commercial contracts (e.g., joint venture agreements, procurement contracts, labor agreements) to ensure compliance with Chinese, German, and international legal requirements.
2、Local Legal Compliance Support.
Research German laws and regulations (e.g., labor, tax, commercial codes) to provide concise compliance guidance for business teams, mitigating legal risks in local operations.
3、Dispute & Litigation Management.
Assist in resolving disputes with local governments, suppliers, or employees; lead negotiations or litigation; coordinate external counsel; develop case strategies and monitor progress.
4、Corporate Legal Records Maintenance.
Manage company registration documents, shareholder agreements, and other legal records to ensure corporate governance complies with local and Chinese requirements, with regular reporting to headquarters.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or higher in law, with expertise in European commercial law, labor law, and international law.
2、Minimum 8 years of legal experience in corporate legal departments or law firms; prior professional exposure to the renewable industry is preferred.
3、Excellent written communication skills, comprehensive legal risk analysis abilities, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
4、Experience working with Chinese companies is preferred.
