Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Germany, with strategic expansion across Europe
2. Establish initial customer relationships and build a sustainable client base from the ground up
3. Promote and sell Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to target industries, especially data centers and critical infrastructu
4. Provide technical consultation to prospects, ensuring UPS solutions are tailored to operational needs and scalable for future growth
5. Independent and strategic business development in Germany and Europe
6. Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry trends, including emerging technologies and market developments
7. Collaborate with internal teams to align go-to-market strategies with product capabilities and customer feedback
8. Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports to management, including performance metrics, pipeline status, and strategic insights
Profile
9. Proven experience in B2B business development and sales of UPS systems (MUST), ideally within the data center or industrial infrastructure sectors
10. Demonstrated success in launching new business fields or entering new markets, preferably in Germany or Europe
11. Solid experience in technical B2B sales, with deep understanding of power management and energy solutions
12. Technical certifications or hands-on expertise in UPS systems and electrical infrastructure are a strong advantage
13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
14. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to market development
15. Fluent in English and German (must); additional European languages advantageous
