What you´ll do
* Develop and implement annual marketing communications strategy for Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Automotive Components business in Europe
* Position Henkel as thought leader at key industry events and in key automotive industry media across Europe
* Ensure professional presence at key trade shows and track professionally customer leads
* Closely collaborate with regional sales and the regional leadership team
* Support internal communication activities for Europe (e.g. Townhall), lead the Newsletter
* Measure and report return on invest (ROI) of events and regional campaigns
* Manage and ensure effective use of regional marketing budget
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
* Minimum of 5-7 years experience as marketing or communications manager, with focus on B2B - ideally in the Automotive industry
* Strong project and budget management skills
* A proactive "can do"-attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a multicultural environment
* Fluent English and German language skills
