You will be the key counterpart to one of our four members of the Board of Management (General Partners), driving their strategic agenda and serving as a trusted thought partner on all board relevant topics
In close collaboration with the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, you will lead the enterprise-wide strategy execution process to realize Knauf’s ambition, and define priorities, opportunities, and risks
Partnering closely with business units and group functions, you will design high impact strategic projects and ensure an efficient, disciplined rollout
In partnership with Corporate Finance, you will align financial and strategic planning with the expectations of Knauf management while establishing and documenting best practices and institutionalizing key learnings
You will bring rigorous problem solving and strategic frameworks to advance corporate initiatives, independently execute prioritized projects with limited guidance from the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and advise senior leadership on business unit strategy through targeted consulting and analytical support
Holding preferably a master’s degree or MBA and at least five years’ work experience either at a top tier management consultancy or within a strategic function in the building materials or an adjacent industry
Excellent English and good German skills complete your profile
