About the Role
As an SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Manufacturing Senior Consultant, you will drive large-scale, global supply chain and manufacturing transformation programs on behalf of LTIMindtree’s clients. Leveraging deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (especially modules such as MM, PP, QM, EWM, and IBP), you will design, architect, and deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant solutions. This pivotal role blends hands-on configuration, strategic client advisory, and leadership to ensure delivery excellence across multinational project teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into future-state SAP architectures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design:
* Lead the design and blueprinting phases of SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid implementation projects, focusing on core Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes (Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, Quality Management, and Extended Warehouse Management).
* Define end-to-end solution architecture for supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, shop floor execution, inventory, and logistics.
* Translate complex business objectives into actionable, integrated SAP solutions and process maps.
* Ensure solution designs adhere to architectural governance frameworks, enterprise architecture principles, and industry best practices (SAP Activate, Clean Core).
Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders (COOs, Supply Chain Directors, Manufacturing Heads), guiding them through their S/4HANA transformation journey and roadmap decisions.
* Lead and facilitate complex workshops (fit-to-standard, gap analysis, blueprinting) with global and regional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive consensus on future-state design.
* Clearly articulate the value proposition of SAP S/4HANA innovations (e.g., Fiori UX, Embedded Analytics, SAP BTP integration, IoT/Industry 4.0 capabilities) to clients, balancing strategic value with technical feasibility.
Experience (Industry and Consulting):
* Minimum 10+ years of overall SAP experience in functional consulting or solution architecture roles, with a strong focus on SAP Supply Chain and Manufacturing (MM, PP, QM, EWM, IBP).
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing, having participated in at least two full, end-to-end S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects (Greenfield/Brownfield).
* Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing business process flows and their integration touchpoints with other modules (Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics).
* Proven track record of delivering solutions within a consulting environment, managing client expectations, and leading delivery teams (onshore/offshore models).
* Knowledge of SAP Analytics solutions (e.g., Datasphere, Business Data Cloud) an advantage.
* Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, GxP) is highly beneficial.
