Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
* Support the entire recruitment process, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and onboarding new team members.
* Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., new hires, absences).
* Help ensure company HR policies are applied consistently and act as a first point of contact for employee questions.
* Maintain and update the employee directory.
* Support the HR team with day-to-day operations and administrative duties.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
* Ideally you have recently graduated or have initial experience through internships in HR, administration, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions.
* A discreet and trustworthy nature when handling confidential information.
