Your responsibilities :
As a key member of the finance team, you will be involved in both operational accounting and strategic projects:
Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of real estate and holding entities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Handle VAT and tax compliance matters.
Monitor banking activities and cash flow.
Prepare financial reports and management information.
Participate in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Support the implementation of new projects and structures from A to Z.
Review existing processes and proactively suggest improvements.
Collaborate closely with management on strategic initiatives and investment-related projects.
Your profile :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
4 to 6 years of accounting experience gained within a fiduciary, family office, investment structure, or similar environment.
Knowledge of IFRS and/or consolidation is considered a strong advantage.
Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
Comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities can change.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine willingness to take ownership.
Mature, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
Someone who enjoys building, improving, and creating rather than simply maintaining existing processes.
