Your mission during this flight: As an Embedded Software engineer, you will focus on Software, including both Implementation and Verification, to achieve certified Software that enables TC of Volocopter Aircraft. This includes also managing and/or supporting external suppliers on Software certification topics. Independent structuring, planning and driving forward of embedded software architecture including software verification infrastructure Coordinate and interface with suppliers to enable achievement of certification goals Take responsibility for allocated features and drive them forward from concept to certification Participate in internal and agency audits Job Requirements Check in your professional skills: 3 years’ experience of embedded software development and verification in the aerospace domain Master / Diploma or similar in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering Knowledgeable in DO-178 Knowledge in requirements engineering using applicable tools (i.e. Doors, RV&S, …). Basic knowledge of ARP-4754 Proficient in C and Python Familiar with EASA certification processes Proficient in technical writing and effective communication. Maintains an organized work style and is reliable and responsible.
