Position reports to: Supervisor, Supply Chain, SSC, Eschweiler Contract Details: fulltime, permanent To be filled: asap Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support with the improvement of key performance indicators such as service level (OTIF), inventory turn rate, and ABC cycle count Creation of foundational analyses for the continuous optimization of core and supporting processes Participation in the development of an internal order-fulfillment structure to increase delivery accuracy and reliability for internal and external customers Planning, implementation, and further development of processes to optimize inventory control Support of continuous improvement initiatives and the suggestion system within the supply chain area, as well as assistance with management reporting Preparation of analyses and KPIs to support decision-making Participation in the planning and implementation of solution-oriented measures to avoid product destruction, particularly with regard to expiration dates (best-before date) Education Completed studies in business or engineering with a focus on logistics, or solid commercial/technical vocational training Work Experience Experience in the supply chain field desirable Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good IT skills (MS Office) and SAP knowledge (PP, MM, SD) Excellent written and spoken German and English Strong organizational and planning abilities Analytical thinking and action Commitment, flexibility, and dedication Assertiveness and results orientation High level of teamwork and customer focus Pay Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is u20ac56,500.00 - u20ac72,000.00. Total target compensation is determined using objective and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, market benchmarks, geographic location, and the scope and responsibilities of the role. This position may be eligible for variable compensation and other incentive programs in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans within the country of employment.
