Your Mission
Automate & Scale: Design, develop, and deploy predictive credit scoring models (PD, LGD, EAD) to transition our underwriting from manual processes to a fully automated decisioning engine.
Dual-Marketplace Logic: Build distinct risk frameworks that cater to the unique profiles of both our B2B installer partners and B2C homeowners.
Policy Structuring: Work closely with the Head of Risk to translate complex credit policies into functional code and algorithmic logic.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, stress-test our assumptions, and continuously refine our risk appetite.
Strategic Growth: Balance risk mitigation with company growth by identifying "smart" ways to expand our lending footprint without compromising financial stability.
Your Talent
The Expertise: You have 3+ years of experience in Credit Risk modeling or Data Science within the FinTech or Banking sector.
The Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost) and SQL. Experience with credit bureau data (e.g., SCHUFA) is a major plus.
Analytical Rigor: You have a strong background in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. You understand that behind every data point is a financial commitment.
Startup Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the prospect of building something from the ground up rather than just maintaining legacy systems
Mission-Aligned: You are passionate about the energy transition and want to use your technical skills to fight climate change.
