Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help build the ConnectAd brand. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in event management, branding, and content creation while working in a fast-growing digital advertising environment.
Must haves
* Organizational Skills: Ability to scout, plan, and coordinate events, including sponsorship opportunities.
* Creative Thinking: Passion for branding, storytelling, and crafting clear, compelling messages.
* Collaboration: Comfortable working with internal teams to ensure consistent communication.
* Bachelor degree in Business or a relevant field.
* Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
Nice to have
* Experience in event planning, content marketing, or brand communication.
* Familiarity with digital marketing, advertising, or media industries.
* Basic understanding of social media, design, or PR strategies.
Your mission
* Event Management: Scout, organize, and attend industry events, ensuring strong brand visibility and exploring sponsorship opportunities.
* Brand Building: Help shape and strengthen the ConnectAd brand across all channels.
* Messaging & Communication: Package our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and ensure a consistent message internally and externally.
* Content Creation: Support the regular production of relevant content for internal and external platforms.
