Role: Pega Business Analyst Location: Frankfurt Germany (Remote) Type: Contract/Permanent Summary of Position The Business Analyst (BA) gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for Pega CDH solutions, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and traceability across the delivery lifecycle. The BA bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to support successful CDH implementations. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Analysis Facilitate workshops to capture business goals, customer journeys, and personalization needs Document functional requirements including eligibility, suitability, engagement policies, arbitration outcomes, and treatment logic Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria Solution Design Support Partner with architects to define CDH action structures, strategy logic, and data requirements Produce functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and interface designs Validate proposed solutions with business and technology stakeholders UAT & Release Support Develop UAT plans, scenarios, and test data aligned with business rules Support testers and business users during acceptance testing Facilitate issue triage and requirement refinements Documentation & Client Support Maintain requirements traceability and post-implementation reference materials Provide functional support for production issues and enhancements Required Experience & Skills 5–8 years of business analysis experience in technology or CRM/MarTech environments Strong experience documenting functional requirements and process flows Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and user-centered design Excellent communication and facilitation skills Preferred Experience with Pega CDH or other decisioning/marketing platforms SQL knowledge helpful Personal Attributes Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, collaborative, and skilled at simplifying complex topics
